"Arthurina", Kapoho's resident 85 year old sea turtle resides right here!
The most beautiful sunrises on this planet.
In one of the Kapoho Paradise pools, is "Arthurina", an 80 year old 400 pound green sea turtle that has been a resident of the pond for 40 + years. She is tagged, monitored and protected by the Department of Fisheries. To protect Arthurina's habitat, we ask that there be no swimming and snorkeling in her pond.

Kapoho Paradise is a great home for 2 to 5, with 3 bedrooms and a futon in the living room. You have a complete kitchen, with everything you need to create that perfect meal. There's a BBQ for those evenings you want to cook out on the lanai. WOW!
This newly constructed home is located in the gated community of Kapoho Beach Lots on the sunny side of the Big Island at the edge of the Pacific Ocean. Some of the best swimming and snorkeling with honu (sea turtles) is located at the end of your private path to the famous Champagne Pond. Kapoho Paradise was built to enjoy the incredible sunrises and wonderful sea breezes from the open and extremely comfortable living room that flows onto the large ceramic tiled lanai. The ocean and adjoining tidal ponds that surround the area are a wonderful and welcoming sight whether it is right when you first wake up or when you retire in the evening.

This home is wonderfully equipped as the perfect vacation rental, sleeing 4-6 with 3 full bedrooms, 2 baths (1 with Jacuzzi tub) and a fold out futon sofa in the living room. The kitchen is the perfect place to prepare your meals with all new appliances and again, that wonderful view! There is private off street parking and the community is perfect for bike riding, walking or just relaxing and taking in all of nature's beauty. It just doesn't get any better than this!
