This lovely, large hale is located in the popular Hawaiian Beaches subdivision just outside the quaint 1800's village of Pahoa. Historic Hilo town is a quick 20 minute drive and the ever impressive Volcanoes National Park is about 40 minutes away.

This home boasts 4 large bedrooms, 2 baths, a large living, dining, kitchen combination that looks out on the spacious oceanview lanai and there's even a downstairs kids recreation room with their own TV. Whether it's just the two of you or your entire family of 10, this is the house for you!

The hale has just been completely remodeled and refurnished and is full of light and color! The kitchen has everything that you will need for dining at home. Even a gas BBQ to grill up some fresh fish! The house has satellite TV, DVD and a washer and dryer.

Catch those beautiful sunrises each morning by walking down to the ocean and just taking the beauty and the awe of the Pacific totally in to start your day in paradise. This is a nice, quiet area and there are a group of neighbors that meet each morning for their daily walk. Join them and meet some new friends!

Kipa hou mai is conveniently located just a few miles from Pahoa town which has some terrific dining, Thai, Italian, Japanese and even Tex-Mex! Don't miss the colorful farmer's markets that dot our landscape each week. This is where you will want to get all of your fresh veggies and native fruit. And there are also some wonderful local craftsman showing their trade.

From your lanai, you have this incredible ocean view!  You're only 1/2 a block from the Big Blue Pacific Ocean.

You can go out to eat in Pahoa Town (a 5 minute drive) or fix the perfect meal right here.

This is just one of four bedrooms this beautiful home has to offer.  In fact, there's sleeping for two more on the day beds in the game room downstairs, for a total of sleeping for 10!
